Dear all, thank you for your patience. We are happy to say that we have improved the solver. The resistance solver now converges better and yields more accurate trim and sinkage results.

Solver up again, trim & sinkage improvements
Good afternoon! This tool is extremely valuable, and has great potential however I was unable to import our obj files successfully for the resistance calculator. The .obj files is from a single hull created on an online 3D cad software, and on prelimina the hull is unable to be created. Instead it seems to form two separate surfaces, and is no longer a 3D object.
